Actually, a very well made Witbier, far better than the ratings suggest. Very well conditioned as St Germain seems to have that down to a science. Nice bready malts, not over spiced, but the citrus peal and coriander are well represented. Dusty yeast with plenty of hay and cobwebs.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a neon straw yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of paint, a little citrus and malt. Flavor of some fruit, light malt and faint citrus. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, drinkable...

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is some spice, some belgian yeast, some dishwater, some cooked cabbage. a little vegetal. Flavor was similarly bland. Not a very good beer, but not undrinkable.

750 ml swing top b ottle poured a hazy yellow with a large lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, citrus and spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, light citrus and light spice with a smooth dry finish.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Watery yellow with a white head. Esters, lemon and not much else for aromas. Nice on the palate with flavors of lemon and grass.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is lemon, fruits, pine, and citrus. The look is clear, has a white colored head, and is golden in color. The taste is watery, fruits, yeast, and citrus.

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Clear light yellow pour. Smells poor. Chemical paint and other bad notes. Taste has clean taste that doesn’t add to the flavor. Quite watery. Not too impressive.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a very slightly hazed golden body and a white head. Aroma of pear, apple, spice, paint varnish and coolant. Taste is dry, pear, fruit and pretty mellow. Light carbonation.
