hazy yellow with medium white foamy head. a bit sour lemony and yeasty flavor. hops lemon and yeast in aroma. a bit too much carbonation, but waiting a while for it to settle it gets better.

Aroma of bananas and a litle citrus. In the taste the citrus is more pronaunced. Medium body.

Aug 2, 2008 Hazy yellow beer. Medium head is white and a bit soapy. Aroma is fresh and spicy with wheat malts, mild banana and maybe grape fruit. Some fruity yeast aroma. Almost no hops at all. Flavor is sweetish sour with mild but peppery spiciness. Palate is very fresh, a bit sprakling and foaming, still soft. Light to medium bodied. Page 24 Blance is quite a nice witbier.

Jul 20, 2008 330ml Bottle - Hazy golden in colour with a foamy white head. Slightly spicy aroma with some lemon. Lightly hoppy and spicy taste with grapefruit and lemon. Rather refreshing but could do with being a tad more exciting.
