I will re-rate if I find other bottles] Golden color, slightly hazy. Good white head. Floral and herbal aroma. Nice balance between pungent estery hops and mellow maltiness. Dry as a pilsner but with a distinctive ale-ness. Body is medium and finish is long and dry (citric?). The british-born brewers at Saint John’s love to differ and their Kolsch is very interesting and (as far as I know) true to the style. Loved it.
