May 16, 2006 Updated: May 17, 2006Bottle shared with a bunch of folks - courtesy of R. Hazy ruby-orange with a moderate head. Aroma is fruity with notes of yeast and anise, and a faint hint of booze. Body is soft and mellow, and the flavour is simple but nice, with fruit and hay, and a light dryness in the finish. Refreshing and unique.

Aroma of oranges, spices, sweet malt and some light hops. Nice spicy orange taste with some yeast, sweet malt and a light hop finish. Medium bodied. An enjoyable beer and definitely an interesting one.

May 14, 2006 Bottle. Orangey amber body with a small beige head. Sweet malt aroma underneath some hops. Sweet malt flavour accented by pleasant hops becomes grainy and lightly astringent in the finish, light fruity notes. Average palate. Interesting.

May 14, 2006 Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, GregClow, jerc, tupalev, DougShoemaker, R and others - R’s bottle. Poured a slightly hazy copper with a decent creamy white head. Has a very mild aroma, mild yeasty spice, sweet light roast malt, soft grain. Taste of buckwheat honey, fresh cereal grains and a hint of amaretto - has a smooth, long, light finish. Soft, creamy mouthfeel, average body - very very nice, silky smooth.
