Jul 21, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Very pretty amber coloured with a slight haze and a small head. Slightly perfumy nose and perfumy, spicy flavour - coriander? Perhaps a touch of honey as well. Very pronounced bitter finish. Refined and pleasant indeed. Excellent. 120799

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From tap. Pours hazy orange with a little white head. Ginger/clove spiced aroma. Flavour is mild malty with a light acidic touch and a growing bitterness into the finish. Medium sweet at first towards slight dry herbal finish. Mild yeasty mellow body.

Jul 30, 2007 Updated: Feb 23, 2009Bottled. Reddish amber. Aroma of dusty red berries and crystal malt. Dryisk with clean mouthfeel. Most flavours are restrained. There’s very light caramel, vague yeast character and some more obvious honey. No bitterness. A little bit too subtle, and lacking the malt structure to make it really enjoyable.

Dec 5, 2005 Bottled. Orangeish hazy colour with creamy head. Aroma is a bit barnyardish along with hints of citrusfruits. Strong, quite barnyardish and spiced orange in flavour, Sour grassy hayish notes in finish. Mouthdrying as well as a bit sticky.
