Orange-red with thin white head. Spicy aroma with notes of meat, muscovado, rocks, chocolate and cinnamon. Chocolate flavour with notes of rocks, muscovado, biscuits, coffee, fruit and hops. Dry with fruity finish.

Im a big fan of this brewery from what iv had so far, although all beers iv had have been out of date. Aroma is sweet candy sugar, fruity yeastyness. Taste is again really fruity pineapple peach plums and alround goodness.

Bottle shared at Delerium Cafe, Brussels. I was trying to concentrate on small brewers from the Belgian countryside - those nice, earthy farmhouse-style beers that seem so hard to come by in the US. This was a lovely example, with pleasant dryness, small-beaded carbonation and a definite floral presence in the aroma and flavor. A somewhat muted barnyard flavor gave way to distinct pepper and cumin, like armpit - but in a good way. The slightly vegetal flower petal and pepper combination reminded me of edible flowers like tulip and nasturtium, but if there are actually flowers in this beer, it’s not jonquille, as I later learned that daffodils are not edible. Thanks, Joris, for helping out on this one.

Hazy orange colour with slim off-white head. Aroma has coriander, sweet malts and some feint vanilla. Nice sweet malts in the taste with a hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

(Bottle 75 cl) Very pretty amber coloured with a slight haze and a small head. Slightly perfumy nose and perfumy, spicy flavour - coriander? Perhaps a touch of honey as well. Very pronounced bitter finish. Refined and pleasant indeed. Excellent. 120799

Bright amber coloured beer with a small head. Herb and coriander aroma, The coriander dominates. A very nice beer, if you like coriander that is. Well balanced.

Yeasty, malty-sweet aroma with some fruit. Hazy, orange coloured with a lasting creamy head. Taste is malty-sweet, yeasty, fruity and some vanilla. Decent brew.
