Jan 13, 2007 Thin creamy head with good viscosity. Orange to brown in colour and quite murky. Tough to get much out of the nose - faint sweet notes of malt and wheat at best. Palate is a little muted; some sweet candy malt notes are the most obvious flavour trait but mild strength at best. Finish is driven by tangy sweet notes. Serviceable beer that doesn’t really do enough to capture the imagination.

Oct 25, 2006 Bottle at the brewery (or should I say "farm"), a light cloudy amber, with a tart and spicy aroma. Spritzy mouthfeel, some sweetness and spice to the flavour on the hoppy palate.

Hazy golden colour, big creamy head. Fruity nose, with hints of honey and caramel. Light caramelly sweetness and dry-ish, not much of honey in flavour. Medium bodied.

Jul 9, 2006 Bottle. Pours a very hazy golden colour with a big longlastin white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with some hints of honey. Sweet malty flavor with hints of yeasts and some spices an honey. Sweet malty warming spicy finish.

Jul 6, 2006 Updated: Jul 10, 2006A Mes & Sim rate: bottled from Waterhuis aan de Bierkant, Ghent Belgium. Sweet honey aroma with a little spruce, caramel, cinnamon and cream in the aroma. Great cloudy appearance and a pretty fine head on top too. Citric orangey flavour with the obvious honey too. Unusual spicy, spritzy palate Delightful.

Jun 11, 2006 33 cl bottle, ’bbe’ March 09. Murky dark amber with a white frothy head. Nose of aromatic, spicy hops and honey. The taste begins sweet and goes via a spicy sensation into a long hop bitter aftertaste. Heavy body, strong carbonation.
