Mar 30, 2005 Zythos Beer Festival, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium 2005. Hazy golden colour with a big white head. Spicy heavy honey aroma and a sweet honey light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet light alcoholic finish.

Mar 6, 2005 Earthy grass and honeyed malt nice coriander an violet nose. Zesty lemon honey not overly sweet. very unusual and pleasing beer.

Feb 28, 2005 thanks tbs and then motel for bringing this back from brussels via prague. BB2006. smell is quite caramelly, with a touch of fruity/doughy belgoyeast, and even a hint of brett, or infection. flavour is fairyfloss quickly cleaned up with medicinal dryness. a bit flat in the mouth - doesnt seem to have any of the nice honey oiliness that barbar has.oh well.

Apr 13, 2004 A hazy orange beer with a fine dense head. The aroma is sweet of honey and malt. The flavor is sweet honey with notes of coriander and hops before a dry spicy end sets in.
