Zythos Beer Festival, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium 2005. Dark brown colour with a baige head. Sweet spicy malty chocolat aroma and a sweet caramel light alcoholic taste. Medium to full body and a long sweet finish.

Big caramel and chocalate malt. rather nice Dubbel like beer. Liquorice and plums balance a nice slighty acidic spice and almosst peated malt body.

Brown with a beige head. Aromas are malty and earthy with chocolate and ovaltine. Flavours are sweet and malty with chocolate and a chalky dryness and medicinal character. Surprisingly floral, too. A good sweet brune.

Brown coloured, small head. Roasted malts with some fruity notes in aroma and flavour. Quite good, actually.

Dark brown coloured, small dying head. Malty and almost portlike aroma, some nuts with a hint of caramel, nice and complex. Same elements present in flavour. Great mouthfeel, tastes a lot heavier than it actually is. Good brew, no doubt about it.

Slightly hazy brown color, short off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, fruits like prune, bit spicy, some coffee and licorice. Full taste of roasted malt and fruit. Full palate.

Cloudy dark brown color, short brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, rye, fruits (grapes), port, resin. Taste of resin, rye, sweet malts. Slight alcoholic palate. A positive surprise!

An unclear brown beer with a light brown head. The aroma is malty with notes of chocolate as well as hints of alcohol. The flavor is much like the aroma except the hints of alcohol are hidden very well.

Dark brown coloured. Strange perfumy yeast aroma. Strange yeasty flavour with herbal notes. Very different.

Artificial. Sour and dry, dusty flavour. Taste of vitamine-pills. Rather disgusting. Some smoked and stranged aroma. Like brunkål! Bwadr!
