(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Tart, spicy nose with plenty of coriander. Medium body with plenty of sweet fruit and coriander notes. Subdued bitterness. A very classical Belgian. 040408

33 cL bottle, bought at ZBF2008. Pours slight hazy orange with a dense light orange head. Light yeasty and citric aroma. Flavour is yeasty, light spiced and with a mild caramel malt note. Spiced and mild yeasty finish. A bit boring and light soapy.

Bottle @<a href=http://ratebeer.com/forums/thisted-kalder target=_new> Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Unclear medium amber color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is fruity - excotic fruits, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Bottled. Hazy orange/pale brown colour with mediumsized creamy head. Yeasty clouds also floating around. Fruity, hoppy and flowery nose with some hints of barnyard. Yeast, fruits and hops in flavour. Wellbalanced. Sticky mouthfeel. Also some barnyard in flavour.

Draught at Moeder Lambic, Bruxelles
Cloudy orange-amber color. The aroma has some dry caramel, light spices, some sweetness, maybe the figs too, leaving a light woody and fruity trace. The mouthfeel is good, also because it’s quite sweet, with some malt and sweet caramel flavor; the figs add some complexity, like sweet and young oak wood, not much fruitness. At the end there is a respectable bitterness, interesting mostly for revealing itself at the right moment, after the taste. Good and original.

Hazy amber with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of yeast and caramel. Sweet flavor that holds notes of coriander, orang peel and yeasty notes. Ends dry.
