Not a big wild brew; but beautiful balance of sweet malt and flowers - slight watermelon, sweet aftertaste of honey. Copper amber color. Tasted many times in Belgium and I Always love this necktar!

Probably one of the best beer I taste. This beer has been made by our friend André who is the only person to know all the secrets about this beer....

Not much aroma but a little appley and bready is what I pick up. Medium orange color. Bubbly white head that falls to a thin everlasting beige layer. Tingly, little dry palate. Flavor is delicious. I can’t tell all the flavors but I do know they blend together beautifully. If I were to guess, I’d say maybe some ginger, bread, orange and possibly banana. This is incredibly drinkable. A 750ml of this could get dangerous b/c it would be gone almost immediately. My aroma rating will skew my rating down a bit but don’t let that fool you, this is one hell of a wonderful beer, imo.

Hazy amber/orange with a nice lasting offwhite head. Dry nutty aroma, malty and creamy with some toffee and cookie notes.. Fruity flavor, nutty notes, some cream and some spices. Strong finish without too much alcohol coming through. Very pleasant...

Bottle, Quinns, Camden Town. This is an intersting filly..Hazy orange colour with a foamy lingering off white head. Spicy, malty, ginger aroma. Great flavour, herby with lots of fruity hops. A real treat.

Bottle, 33 cl. (yesterday @ home, bought Willems) Hazy amber color, with off-white head. Aroma yeast, fruity, sweet. Medium body. Taste some yeasts, sweet(bit honey ?), fruits, spices, caramel, hops, bitterness. Dry and spice end. Nice beer.

Recommended by the guy at Delerium who served me numerous beers over the numerous times I visited. Clear light brown-copper, more brown than red with a thin head that stays around. Great aroma - very Rochefort-like; ginger, allspice, cookie dough, Grand Marnier, fresh malt, Christmas trees and perhaps grains of paradise. Awesome. Doesn’t taste as good as it smells unfortunately though it’s still nice. Not enough malt character and too much alcohol. There’s a definite brandy character and loads of that allspice character again. It’s a bit too thin and fizzy for my liking, and too heady. Nice stuff, and not far off being real good.

Fruity, light malt, sweet aroma. Mild hops, bread, and yeast. Dark amber, cloudy but still almost brilliant, with thin off-white lacing head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Carbonic burn and some alcohol. Starts with light sweetness, bit of brown sugar, caramel malts, bread and some yeast. Fruity hops, straw, and some butter toffee. Finish has some acidity, alcohol warming, and dry bitterness. After is yeasty and mildly astringent. Has some spicy, grassy character to it, too, like a saison. Nice ale.
