The aroma is sweet and very spicy especially ginger and cinnamon. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and spices, ginger being most dominant, leading to a dry spicy end. Thanks MadsBerg for sharing. Papsoe (15004), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Distinct aroma of ginger - or is it rather the thyme? Medium body with sweetish, roasted malt, very spicy - ginger again - while the finish is dry. 270607 yespr (12228), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Mint choc chip and fruit on aroma. A bit like that in the mouth too. Definite milk choc, some cherry and a bit of mint. A think you would call it a bit of a curate’s egg. I suppose it’s the spices that give it that minty edge. Drinkable, but bloody odd. I do quite like it. Does have a quality. Character, which I like.
