Now sold as Sainsburys Biere des Flandres and says its brewed at Saint Omer. All of which preamble saves me having to write much about the beer. Which is just as well as there’s not really much to say. Pale, thin and weak. Too bland to be wholly objectionable. imdownthepub (5171), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

Yellowish with white head. Not one for savouring, poor thin, cardy, over gassed, but very cheap. Drunk in isolation as a taster yukk. garthicus (1309), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Apr 9, 2007 hmm, a hard one to call, tiny stubbie bottle, chemical smell and very weak taste, the upside is that it is incredibly easy to drink, chillsquickly due to the size and thinness of bottle, is swallowed in no time, and is as cheap as hell US$10 for 24 bottles so it is ideal for taking to a BBQ or somewhere where the beer will not be noticed Gethinbeer (1006), Nova Scotia, Canada

Golden in appearance. Aromas are water and grain - not much grain, mind. Flavours are thin malts with hints of soapy hops. Finish tastes of soda water and nothing else. At least I got it for 30p.
