Nov 23, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty, vague phenolic and fruity. Sweet and fruity flavoured, dry phenolic from back of the tongue. Light wheat malty base. Lingering fruity finish.

Light body, dry and fruity with lots of strange esters - they must ferment their beers at a really high temperature. No real bitterness. Another odd Bouilllon beer. 221109

Jun 21, 2009 Bottled@Fonefan. Deep golden colour, medium white fluffy head that leaves some lace. Flavour is fruits, hops, some earth and also mild notes of yeast. Quite tonguetickling lively carbonation.
