Bottle from La Cave à Bulles (Paris)- September ’08. Appearance: cloudy golden color. Medium to big head, white and very lasting. Aroma: Floral hops, yeasty notes and fruits. Flavor: sweetish malty start. Yeasty and reminiscences of honey and sweet-fruits like pears and apricot. Floral hoppy with light driness. Palate: Light to medium body and low carbonation. Remark: unbalanced sweetness, discrete.

Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Golden colour, big off-white head. Spicy and fruity hop aroma as well as some yeastiness. Very nice, spicy rye bread and peppery flavours balanced by solid bitterness. Some cellar character as well as hints of biere de garde earthiness. Full-bodied. Highly recommended.

Cloudy orange color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of yeast, bit dusty, spicy and fruity all together. Spicy taste again, fruity of orange. I’m quite surprised actually by this.

Bottled. Strong sweet citrus aroma. Cloudy, amber color, off-white head, fair lace. Sweet, citrus, pineapple, nice bitterness. Quite full and alcoholic for just 7%. Well brewed, well balanced and flavorful. Thanks Savad.
