Bottle shared at tasting. Pours cloudy and a dark caramel color with a big lasting creamy beige head. Smell is mild and dusty malt. Too mild in fact. Taste is similarly tame, and slightly sweet with not much going on flavorwise. Hints of dusty sweet spice which become almost a touch cloying in the end. Not something I’d be crazy about having again.

Bottle courtesy of Degarth. 1st batch. Thanks! Looks like unfiltered apple cider in the glass. Medium sized frothy head that diminishes quickly. Funky, caramelly, butterscotchy, fruity aroma. Taste is strong caramel with prunes, spice. Thick texture, nicely carbonated.

Bottle: Poured a pale clear orangey color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice medium sweet caramel malt with some light funky notes also discernable. Taste is a mix between some nice caramel medium sweet malt with some subtle funky notes. Nice creamy body with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol but lacking spices and character to makes this truly interesting. I am glad I got the chance to try this and looking forward to try their other offerings.

750 ml bottle thanks to Ibrew2or3. The aromas off this amber colored ale were tart and fruity with some caramel. Flavor was not super sweet. Dark fruits and molasses were in there with some flavors that were almost barley wine-ish. Pretty good.

Sample tasted at "Spring in the new year with brett" at fordests house. I thought this one was quite a surprise. Enjoyed it.

Tasting, courtesy of Fordest’s event. Beer #11. Copper color with a small white head. Super sweet nose with plenty of mixed berries and some funk. The taste was a bit washed out compared to the aroma. The flavor featured subdued grapes and berries. The mouthfeel was soft and silky. The finish was short with a bit of caramel and some brett. Overall: A good beer--thought it was a saison at the tasting.

Fresh fruit salad bouquet, pears apples and some tropical fruits, some odd little yeasty character floating around in there, taste is very ester prevelant, slightly sweet, at least at first, then that yeastiness washes through and drys things out. Looks nice in the glass. Decent Belgian, thanks Kingpin

Hints of winey-ness in the aroma. Dates and spices follow through, with a lightly acidic, but pleasant flavor. Nice.
