Champagne bottle pours a translucent reddish, amber with a sudsy, slightly beige head. Plenty of sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Looks a bit like carbonated apple cider. Aroma is very fruity, apples, oranges, honey, grapes and some spice. Flavor is similar, grassy, green apples, some belgian candy, honey and a touch of grain. Finish has a ton of carbonation and a little bit or sweet and sour that’s almost unidentifiable. Too much fruit, too much carbonation, could be refined a bit more. smith4498 (921), Miami, Florida, USA

Lots of carbonation when it hits the mouth. I always hate that. The taste was still good. Sweet candy sugar, spices light dark fruity taste. Texture was good, more on the light side. The carbonation level is the only thing that bothered me. But overall a decent beer. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA

Cloudy dark orange/amber with a foamy to frothy head which collapsed with no lacing. Bready aroma with mild spice, yeast and fruit notes (pear/banana). Flavor of cake/quickbread malts, sweet and fruity but balanced well with a peppery spice finish. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Nice complexity and balance. jzzbassman (850), New Albany, Mississippi, USA

Lively carbonation, a bit tart, with biscuit dough, and wine notes. Smells like a fresh apple. Pretty nice if slightly flawed.I wish the mouthfeel wasn’t so aggressive.
