| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 16, 2008 This is from a green bottle, so I may have to re-rate. Cloudy orange, not much head. Very yeasty, fruity aroma, with stoeny and herbal notes. Some bubblegum and banana, too. Smooth, melow carbonation. Flavor doesn’t really measure up to the aroma - Sweet, and a lot of alcohol, considering its only 8%. Crisp and peppery toward the finish. A lot of yeasty flavor through to the end. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 22, 2009 Light orange color. Some carbonation. Light closes and spice, with considerable yeast. There is enough yeast and spice that I thought it was a saison. Good. BBB63 (4267), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 26, 2007 Bottle: Coppery hue with a small fading head and minimal lace. The aroma has notes of apricot, cherry, bready and caramel malts, hint of lacto funk, cardamom, clove and a note of band-aid medicinal vapor. The taste starts with candy sugar and old bread, hint of cobweb, yeasty and wheaty, banana and plum fruit note in the background. The mouth feel is soft and medium-bodied. Not shabby put left wanting more. (THX Ryan) rudolf (1783), Buffalo, New York, USA

Aroma is honeyish, some herbal and earthy character. Surprisingly light malts. Flavour is quite soft and fruity, some nice herbal notes, light mint and soft spiciness. A touch of light gruit-like mintiness. Lingering herbal spiciness. Very similar house character to the saison, but doesn’t come across as characterful as that beer did. Bottle: The aroma is yeasty along with some plastic notes and faint sour apple. It pours a hazy amber with a small white head. The flavor is sweet and yeasty up front with some faint sour apple in the background. The finish has some faint floral bitternes. Light-medium bodied with soft carbonation.
