The cork about took my eye out incidentally on this one...be careful. Light malt nose with notes of lemongrass, hay, light floral hops and a mild pepper tone. Very interesting brew, unlike any other saison I’ve had but not in a bad way. Slightly sour start leads to a funky sweet finish with notes of flowers, pepper and sweet malts. kiefdog (1605), Tampa, Florida, USA

Aroma is intensely floral with spice (chamomile, ginger, cinnamon) and yeast. Some lemon and pepper in the taste. There’s some brett, and a lot of lite fruit. We tasted this beer at Oldsmar Tap House with Bob the brewmaster of Saint Somewhere. He let us in on the secret to this brew. He adds camomile, rosemary and black pepper. Very good and very different. Thank you so much for taking a risk and making a great beer Bob. bonbright7 (173), Bellport, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 12, 2008 After getting through cheap cage wire and an exploding cork, the fizzy saison overflowed with carbonation and appeared to be more like 7-11 Champagne than the style it proclaimed to be. The opaque yellow tint did nothing to bolster the image of the beer, which tasted a touch sour with minor spices in the background. I kept trying it just to get over the first part of the taste to see if I was missing the point. Nothing there to report, except a light fizzy beer wanting to be a saison. jcwattsrugger (5333), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
