After a struggle with the cork, the brew poured a mostly clear golden color with a thin white head. Light spiced aroma, wet grains, a background sweetness. Nice balance of body and carbonation. The taste has some spice, a suggestion of funk, and a dry finish. A lingering sourness is apparent, not entirely complimentary to the rest of the brew. Still a commenable effort, need to try the next batch.

Bottle thanks to BigMilly8. Opens with a bang, pouring a cloudy pale yellow with a bone white head that settles within a minute. Nose of lemon grass, toasted grains, under ripened pears and green apples, along with a blast of cinnamon and yeast. Taste is similar with more apple, cinnamon, sweet lemons, a touch of ginger, and bready malts. The body is light and...spritzy, making this fully refreshing with a semi-drying finish.

This is a nice Saison. The bottle was so excited that it uncorked itself. Nice bone-white head subsides rapidly and leaves this spicy, almost peppery liquid that hace notes of citrus and apple (?), then leaves with a sweet and spicy finish. Nice and very drinkable.

Bottle (75 cl), thanks to marsiblursi. Deep hazy golden with a medium white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with apples, cinnamon, tropical fruits and some wood. Medium bodied and smooth. Good balance, a bit on the sweet side. A nice saison.

(Bottle, thanks Degarth) Pours a bit hazy golden orange. The aroma is fruity and spicy with tones of apples and cinnamon up front but also some mild white pepper, mild ginger, vanilla, melon, kiwi and ripe pear. Also a quite complex floral backdrop. The flavour is spicy and fruity with a light yeasty touch. Apples, cinnamon, ginger, ripe pears and oranges. The mouthfeel is a bit tart, watery and tiny syrupy. Light sweet, light dry with an acid twist. Lingering spicy and citric aftertaste. Medium bodied.

Thanks to egajdzis for sharing this bottle... Appears a hazy light gold with a fluffy white head that slowly fades into a small film and collar. Scattered zebra stripes are left around the glass. Smell is of herbal tea, cinnamon, chamomile, corander, and nutmeg. Taste is of the same aromas with light sweetness and notes of herbs, hay, and mild funk coming through in the flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, yeasty, spicy, and semi-dry.
