Pours hazy yellow / orange with a frothy head. The aroma has dry nectar fruit that’s grainy with funky earthy yeast, light pepper, coriander and other spices. Medium grainy body that is smooth and crisp with a good amount of soft carbonation. The flavor has all of the aroma traits and a ton of spice - very dry and refreshing. The finish has nectar fruit, spice and funky yeast - thoroughly enjoyable. Thumbs up to this winner.

bottle. light slightly hazed yellow with a compact wight head. visibly active carbonation. lemony sulphur yeast nose. taste is reminiscent of the soap in marcus’ house. a bit of peppermint, lemon, banana, and a bit of berry.the soap like flavors are not really appealing to me. not too unpleasant, and i know a ferw folks that will enjoy this, and i will not be surprised if i am picking up another bottle in the future for someone. 4 4 4 3 8

[Bottle] Pours a clear glowing gold with an effervescent white head that turns rather rocky and leaves a lot of sticky lacing. Aroma is peppery, white and black, lots of orange and tangerine, and a little yeast. Flavor is initially citrusy and fades to the peppery, spicy finish. Not a bad beer at all. The mouthfeel is a little rich and there is a touch of bitterness on the back end.

750 ml bottle, cork says 2008. Pours a clear golden yellow with a creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is funky yeast, floral hops and a little leather and pepper.

The flavor is a little sweet malts and fruit and some spicy yeast with a dry lightly bitter floral hop finish. As it warms, sweet fruits start to dominate. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.

Overall, it’s decent but not one of the better saisons I’ve had.

First bottling (i beleive) from trade, huge pop! Clear, straw with large white, small bubbled head. Aroma is peppery, dry, yeast spice, slight citrus, funky, bretty, pineapple, serious horse blanket, nice. Dry, peppery, dirty, grapefruit, very spicey, surpising alc presence, okay. Light and active carbonation. Very nice, enjoy the aroma more than the flavor, but its not bad. Pepper actually adds a little heat.

Whitish body with lots of white foam on top. Yeast and lightly spicy aroma. Easy drinking medium mouthfeel, the taste is a light bitterness integrated with the spicy yeast, a little boozy but most drinkable.Bottle picked up in Brandon, Florida. A very good saison, although not the greatest I have ever had.
