29th August 2008. Hazy brown beer. Dry and frothy. Very subtle chocolate and a more dominant banana. No bitterness.

A hazy light brown colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of caramel malts with fruits. A little wood. The taste of caramel with wood. There are fruits. Hints of nuts with spices. The aftertaste has bitterness with sweets.

Bottle @ Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty fruity caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Dark amber coloured beer with almost no carbonation and a rather small white head. Strong malty aroma with some light fruity hints. Full sprankling palate. Finish is malty, light yeasty and slightly fruity alcoholic touched. Not bad.

Bottled. A murky amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and fruit as well as light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a dry straw finish.
