Mar 20, 2009 75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear with small yeast sediments and a small white head. Aroma is dry and mild malty with a light phenolic note. Mild sweet and light citrus fruity with a mild bitterness and citric note mixed with a mellow yeast presence. Light grassy and hoppy finish. Nice one.

Pours muddy yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, some slight green apples, bubblegum yeastiness and a fair dose of sweet malts. Medium carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour starts a bit weak, but as it warms up, there is far more maltiness (even than in a normal Blonde) as well as a fine hoppy dryness and soft, lightly tart apple peel. Okay.
