Rich amber colour with a good beige head and lovely condition. Sweet and fruity bready aroma full of cookie dough rich malt and rather a lot of creamy alcohol. Similar flavour with a noticeable hit of liquorice along with some caramel. Lots of alcohol warmth in the finish. Interesting but not amazing.

Nov 2, 2008 Bottled at Kerstbierfestival 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices - among them cinnamon, but also malty notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and spices - both cinnamon and cloves, as well as notes of caramel, leading to a spicy finish.
