Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with dusty notes of hops as well as notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of over ripe fruit and coconut, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Very spicy aroma - basil? Quite a full body with sweetish, fruity notes, caramel and spices with a subdued hop bitterness. Quite interesting. 180907

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Yeasty nose, slight bitter hops aroma. Flavour is caramel sweet with a slight yeast flavour and some spice note. Dry spiced finish with a persisting yeast flavour, presumably so dominant because the bottle has been slight stirred.

Bottled. Hazy nut brown colour, small off white head. Aroma of barnyard, some alcohol, hops and yeast. Flavour is alcohol, sweet fruity malts, hops and some notes of yeast. Not that much barnyard in flavour in this one.

Cloudy golden color; creamy head. Soma aroma of malt, candi sugar, sweet caramel, butter, some alcohol. Good body structure, with good malt flavor, sweet, and a clear fudge touch too; distinctive and very good Strong Belgian Ale.

Bottled (BB 12/2007)
Hazy nut, amber brown, lively carbonation. Huge creamy head. Fruity, yeasty - typical saison nose. Medium-bodied, crisp. Flavor is mainly fruity (grapes, figs) with alcoholic punch and chocolaty notes. (7/4/7/3/14 3.5)
Re-rated, bottled (BB 05/2007)
Hazy orangy - dark brown color, a creamy white head. A bit barnyardish, fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, some toffee, woody notes, alcohol picks up in the finish. Quite sweet, not very typical saison. (5/3/6/3/12 2.9)

Bottle at Moeder Lambic. Hazy copper colour with lasting thin off white head. Nice hoppy saison with an odd herb which is l’asperule. Very pleasant, full bodied and tea notes.

Orange color with tiny chunks of yeast. Strong hoppy, peppery aroma with hints of honey and blackcurrant. Sweet sugary flavor that hides the alcohol somewhat. Hoppy, citric, peppery and creamy. pear. Beyond the sweetness there is complexity. Tasty beer!
