A golden colored beer, quite clear, and topped by a white head. Fruity, slightly milkysour nose with oranges and pale malts. Some milky sourness in the flavor too, with grains, orange, generic fruityness and a nice bitterness. Medium body, well carbonated. Fine bitterness in the finish. Slightly dusty, moderately sweet and slightly sour malty aroma with a touch of wheat (spelt?) and light herbal hoppy notes. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Pale malty and spelty, slightly yeasty taste with notes of citrus and grapefruit; dry and fruity, herbal and floral hoppy finish. Good (22.VII.09).
