Typical Saison aroma, kind of watery, very wheaty, faint citrus and pepper in the swallow. It goes down very easy and light. Good stuff.

Hazy, pale yellow beer with a huge eggy head. Lovely malty fruity, citrussy aromas escape upon opening the bottle mmmmm. Grassy, citrussy, hoppy taste...more malty near the end. Metallic mouthfeel and a huge lingering finish. A saison with a bite, nice!

Bottle, with Fin, Loz & Traci, the Belgian Tasting, Part II. Glowing slightly hazy gold. Really interesting translucent white head. Flowery clean grassy lemon aroma, delicate and bright. Lovely mineral dry flavor, just a little lemon sourness. Quinine lingering finish. Utterly refreshing and so unique! Thanks Fin for sharing this!

Bottle picked up at Hop Duvel, Gent had this 29-12-07 A wonderful wheaty and soft lemon scented aroma. Poured pale lemon with slight haze and a nice white head. This tasted incredibly fresh, a wonderfula balance with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. The taste was almost lemon cheescake with a big dollop of creme fraiche on the side. I absolutely loved this, probably my favourite beer over the Christmas period, simply stunning.
