| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 30, 2007 Bottle picked up at Hop Duvel, Gent had this 29-12-07 A wonderful wheaty and soft lemon scented aroma. Poured pale lemon with slight haze and a nice white head. This tasted incredibly fresh, a wonderfula balance with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. The taste was almost lemon cheescake with a big dollop of creme fraiche on the side. I absolutely loved this, probably my favourite beer over the Christmas period, simply stunning.
