Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden color with an eruptive white head which lingers throughout. Sheets of lacing are left behind. Aroma is just a bit musty, smells like old church. Light in body, well carbonated and refreshing. Definite funky saison yeast present, lightly drying, well attenuated. Decent bit of hops towards the finish with a touch of sweetness at the beginning.
