Bottle. Pours gold with white head. Aroma is funky and tangy. Taste is the same with hints of honey wheat. Not a bad beer.

(The cork on this one nearly killed TimE - he head no luck with opening bottles that night ;) Flaxen with a large foamy head. Lively carbonation. Dry and lemony. Yeast and bready with notes of hay. Bitter hops and tons of citrus. Yeasty and almost warm biscuits with honey. Full bodied with a yeast filled finish.

Lighter gold in color, slightly hazy with a soft white head. High carbonation brings out straw/wheat, yeast, and a touch of hops. The flavor never gets sweet, just dry wheat up front with a bit of a fruity hop finish and lively spiced aftertaste. Very refreshing and crisp.

Poured honey colored with a HUGE white head that took forever to go down. Lots of floaties in the glass. Aroma is horrid shit, like skunky rubber and heineken combined. Flavor is very light. Bitter dry and herbal. Very dry, just garbage. God aweful beer bud light is better. Drain Pour!

2005 bottle opened in Nov. 06. Lots of carbonation present. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden color with an eruptive white head which lingers throughout. Sheets of lacing are left behind. Aroma is just a bit musty, smells like old church. Light in body, well carbonated and refreshing. Definite funky saison yeast present, lightly drying, well attenuated. Decent bit of hops towards the finish with a touch of sweetness at the beginning. Really tasty.

Pours bright gold into a tulip. Significant bright white merinque head slowly recedes. Lemon and soap aromas. Crisp, clean lemon and hops. Very well done.
