Bottle: Hazy - floaties visible -, golden, big - slowly collapsing - fluffy white head; solid herbal-hoppy nose with a light lemony touch plus a tinge of wheat (or spelt?); moderate to solid sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy; fruity-wheaty finish with a hoppy aftertaste. Good summer beer............

(75cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Slightly dusty, moderately sweet and slightly sour malty aroma with a touch of wheat (spelt?) and light herbal hoppy notes. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Pale malty and spelty, slightly yeasty taste with notes of citrus and grapefruit; dry and fruity, herbal and floral hoppy finish. Good (22.VII.09).

750 ml bottle provided by both Gregis and Elliott. Pour is hazed orange copper and a one inch white head. Aroma of spicy clove, sweet orange fruit and the various grains. Pretty bright nose. Taste is the grainy malt and spelt followed closely by the bright orange fruit. Sweet, but not overly so. Nice integration of flavors. Palate is medium to thin, super high level of carbonation. Very drinkable beer. Thanks to both Greg and Elliott for bringing bottles on this one.
