Bottle @ Max’s: Hazy yellow-golden-straw colored body along with a medium white head, somewhat lasting. The aroma shows some light grass, yeast, light funk, fresh straw, grains, with some hints of cheese. The flavor is spicy hops, grass, sweet grains, plenty of yeast, light funk, mild pepper, plenty of the funky-spicy flavors you’d expect from any saison. Medium bodied, medium carbonated, lively at times.

Bottle, Max’s on Broadway. Thanks to Jeffin7 for the sample. Pours a clear, pale with a white head. The aroma is medicinal, skunky and cheesey. The flavor is peppper, herbal, very dry. The mouthfeel is sparkling.

"Okay first things first i think eagle dented my celing with the cork from this one and all he did was take the wire off. Poured a cloudy unfilter golden color with huge head go figure. Aroma was citrus peppery. Glavor was the same with the funk in there. This would be a great summer time beer."

Just finished mowing the lawn, and this was the perfect beer for after. Light golden color, nice white head. Just a bit of fruitiness and spice. Very easy to drink and refreshing. This is what BMC need to be.

750ml bottle. 2005 so says the cork. Unfiltered with a hazy dull golden hue. Good amount of white head. Strong banana and sweet gummy aroma. Grainy and slightly bready nose as well. Lively and full, with a sweet and dry palete. Full carbonation, and grainy. Citrus and banana notes in the mouth. Nice and dry with a bitter finish. Fruity, melons and crisp.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is yeasty and vanilla. Flavor is citrus, grass and vanilla. Finish leaves a lasting banana flavor of the tounge. Very tasty and light with no bitterness.

In short: A very dry, very wild and tart Saison. Very refreshing and very complex. Fantastic.
How: Bottle 750ml. Many many times. Usually as fresh as possible.
The look: Cloudy yellow body with an initially large white head with medium retention
In long: Nose is very barnyard with fruity notes of pineapples, pears, and more. The body is full and foamy and also very yeasty. Carbonation is pleasantly over the top which really works with this beer. Taste is hay, cheesy yeast, lemon, dried pineapples, dust, and so much more. Dry mouthfeel with a dusty/sandy feeling. An overall true rustic and wild sensation. This is a beer that bridges the gap between a true wild rustic Belgian Saison and a refreshing Belgian Witbier. This beer like my cousin Louis has a dual personality disorder.

Bière d’un beau jaune clair. Petit dépôt au fond du verre. Mousse abondante. Ronde en bouche, mais sèche en finale, même si on retrouve une toute petite note d’amertume en finale.
