| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 27, 2006 Very spritzy mouthfeel with light fruity nose. Very refreshing interplay of flavors...apples/champagne/Belgian spicing/citrus/yeast/grass/and a bunch of strange fruity notes that I can’t name. Very nicely brewed, and I will be looking forward to more of these beers. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 26, 2006 An incredible, white head settles foamy but holds thick over a thick-hazed, wheaty/golden body. Aroma holds a sharp Belgian yeast profile with pronounced banana and sweet fruits. Depsite its coldth, it conveys a warm, buttery feeling in the mouth. Clove and cinnamon are carried effortlessly by yeast-driven flavors.

Pours a pale lemon color. Almost tastes like a white beer! Certainly refreshing, but a little thinner than most Saisons. erway (1002), Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Jan 10, 2006 Pours a lightly cloudy golden with tons of CO2 and a plentiful lasting white head. Aroma is elusive with grainy bread notes along with some acidity and funk and some grassy hops. The body is very light. The flavor is even more elusive but I pick up flavors of chamomille, orange, corriander, grassy hops and really light fruity esters. Finishes bone dry with moderate bitterness. I really enjoyed this a lot. I want it on tap all summer long. Oakes (8101), gone rambling, Cambodia
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 30, 2005 Cloudy golden colour. Dusty yeast aroma with hints of feet, biscuits, straw, wood and apple. Fizzy with light fruit notes, earthy hops and lots of dusty yeast. Basic pale malt profile, which becomes more dominant as the beer sits and loses CO2. Simple but well made saison.
