Amber, golden colored brew. Malty aroma. Malty flavor with modest sourness. A bit yeasty and spicy.

Unclear golden colour, huge white head. Aroma has malts and yeast. Flavour is light apple sour. Finishes dry and bitter. Not my style.

Bottle shared with Carlus12. Nose of apples and yeast. Pours a hazy amber beer. The taste is tart with some sweetness and minerals. Quite balanced.

Bottle on 4/3/2008. Faintly hazy light gold body with a medium foamy, quickly dissipating head. Aroma has some earthy qualities, countered by a light floral , citrus, and spice notes. Light body with a champagne like effervescence and very dry, palate cleansing mouthfeel. Not much sweetness at all, an underlying acidity, and spicy bitterness round out the flavor.

750ml - Strong, cabbage nose, chalky dry mouthfeel, seltzerlike body. Interesting take on the style. Good.

This was like a rustic mouthful of mint and cheese. It was lively and alluring, with a light cloudy hue.

ZBF2008: From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Light coriander spiced aroma with a dry caramel malty base. Finish is dry coriander with a light herbal note. Ends dry and spiced.
