Apr 3, 2008 Bottle on 4/3/2008. Faintly hazy light gold body with a medium foamy, quickly dissipating head. Aroma has some earthy qualities, countered by a light floral , citrus, and spice notes. Light body with a champagne like effervescence and very dry, palate cleansing mouthfeel. Not much sweetness at all, an underlying acidity, and spicy bitterness round out the flavor.

Apr 1, 2008 (3/1/08) Draught sample at Zythos Bier Festival 2008 in Sint Niklaas. Hazy golden color with a white head. aroma of hops, citrus and some yeast. A rather dry flavor with hops, yeast and a bit of bread. Finishes fairly bitter. Medium-bodied.
