Pours a pale golden color with lots of CO2. The aroma is yeasty. The taste is spicy/sour. Refreshing on a hot day. This beer has a fund to it, I’m not sure if its a good funk or a bad funk.

Bottle. Huge bubbly and thick white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Hazy orange color. Aroma of vegetables, dusty grain, spice, clove, coriander, citrus, barnyard, fruit and yeast. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Flavor was a mix of light sweet, bitter and acidic notes. Light fresh and dry bitter finish. Thought it was quit drinkable in the hot Danish summer.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity applee pear aroma. Prettey sweet banana flavor with a touch of some kind of spice which might be coriander. Low carbonation. Short sweet aftertaste.

25 cl bottle. Cloudy amber with a strong, firm white head. Aroma of straw and yeast with a slightly sweet edge. Flavour starts slightly sweet before acidic tartness takes over. Dry, almost citrussy finish. Very pleasant.

75cL @ Delirium. Pale golden with a big, lasting, white head. Strong hoppy, green, wheaty aroma. Light and dry beer with flavors of hops, wheat, citrus. I’d love to do a side-by-side with the non-bio version and sort out the differences.
