| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 1, 2007 Poured pale golden & cloudy with a large smooth head that didn’t really want to leave. Nice yeasty spicy saison-like farmhouse aroma, very refreshing, but with notes of alcohol and hop. Dry taste with a bit of tart, hop bitterness and a short/medium finish. Medium mouthfeel, not much carbonation. A nice, light, and refreshing saison, not too spectacular but very enjoyable. Dedollewaitor (3764), Odense, Denmark

Aroma and taste of yeast, fruity orange, malt & hops. Filling body - light and refreshing.. Little sweetness before a dry hoppy end kicks in - little fruity sour as well - pleasant. Very great Belgium! Fine & complex!
