Fruity, herby and enjoyable hoppy aroma. Full body, some sprankling with a somewhat sharper herby taste. Finish is strong bitter-herby. Powerfull and special, despite the low alcoholc percentage. Somewhat more dry near the end. Very good one. Jerre (1768), Waregem, Belgium

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 2, 2006 Bottle. Aroma of honey and melon - surprisingly sweet aroma. Fruity flavor with apples citrus. Dry, crisp finish with hints of metal. Very carbonated - almost champagne like. Hazy with huge creamy white head dragging with nicel azings. Phatz (225), Paradise, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 1, 2006 Truth is this is not a preferred style of mine. However, I really enjoyed Saison Dupont much more than Hennipin.
Appearance: Cloudy orange with massive massive white head.
Smell: Yeast sour cat pee and peppercorn.
Taste: Very farmhouse. Citrusy and spicy zesty in the mouth. Some sweet malt contrasty all the spiciness. dry finish
Mouthfeel: Very active and zesty. Creamy and crisp.
Drinkability: This is as drinkable as the style would allow for me.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 29, 2006 Hazy deep straw in color with a medium white head. Aroma is funky, with notes of fruit and spice ( oranges, nutmeg, pepper). Flavor is consistant with aroma and also displays some tartness in the finish. RichardGretton (3160), Leicestershire, England
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 20, 2006 Bottle. Orangey beer with a strong white head. The aroma is banana and fermented fruit and the flavour is fruity, mulled, lightly warming, quite refreshing with an orange juice body and slightly white winey. Overall a good beer.
