25 cl bottle. Hazy, yellow-golden with a big white head. Interesting aroma of fruit(apples),grass and spices. Sweet flavours well-balanced by fruity acidity, dry towards the end. Good carbonation, dry mouthfeel.

Slightly weaker and more hazy than its non-organic counterpart, and slightly less interesting, too. But a fine beer, leaving you sorry that the bottle was so small!

Bottled. 24cl. Slightly hazy, sparkling, orange-golden with a large, quite fluffy white head. Quite citric aroma with yeast-notes. Some green apples and spices too. Fresh fruity flavor with bitterness and some cloves-like spices. Nice body, somewhat sticky, and a bitterness coming stronger towards the very end. Fresh and pleasant. (060419)

250 ml bottle. Thick fine-laced head. Cloudy golden. Sourish apple and citrusy aroma. Farmhouse aromas: musty, earthy, peppery, rubbery and dish water. Sourish wheaty citrusy flavour. Light, but really complex. Slightly harsh dry bitterness. Lemon all the way through. The citrus dominates, but is balanced by the dryness from the hops.

Pilsner yellow with a lot of bubbles. Good white head, where 1 mm stays quite some time. Aroma is fruity and yeasty. Quite highly carbonated. Taste is complex - quite mellow but with a bitterness at the end. No fruitiness at all.

Bottle 25cl. Light golden body with creamy white head. Complex aroma, fruity, yeast, straw/hay. The taste is light but complex at the same time. Citrus, yeast, hop, fruit and metallic. An interesting and pleasant beer with an undefined bitter aftertaste.

Bottle 0,25l. Bright golden - yellowish. A bit hazy.Creamy white head clinging to the sides of the glass. Spicy - unusual aroma. Some bitterness in the finish - after a lasting aftertaste. Quite refreshing.

Huge creamy offwhite head with larger bubbles. Acidic, metallic, earthy aroma with notes of rubber that, remarkably, is appetizing and refreshing. Soft, sweetish, intensely grainy and earthy taste with strongly bitter aftertaste. Complex, somewhat harsh, but still easily drinkable. Citric background throughout. As a saison, this is almost unimprovable.
