Mar 6, 2006 250 ml bottle, now available in Norway (Vinmonopolet). Hazy pale golden colour, large foamy and lingering head. Very nice fruity, yeasty and spicy aroma, hints of oak and barnyard. Light bodied, initially fruity (citrus) and peppery flavour, then a distinct wormwood-like bitterness takes over, and dominates the finish and aftertaste.

Feb 1, 2006 Bottled. Hazy orange colour with some sediments flating around, mediumsized white head. Weak fruity aroma. Fruity hoppy flavour with some hayish hints, Flavour is breaking abruptly, with not much aftertaste at all. Also very yeasty overall.

Jan 10, 2006 Aroma is spicey and maybe a bit of citrus too. Taste is similar and light hops kickin in but spice mainly dominates but certainly not overpowering. A decent refreshing beer that you could session very easily.

Dec 23, 2005 Cloudy gold in colour with strong carbonation. Aromatic notes of banana (although not as strong as a hefe), flowers, and toasted marshmallow. The flavors are of light malt, honey, cut grass, and a bit of barnyard funk. Quite mild and simplistic for a saison, but still not half bad. Thanks Lubiere.
