Pours a very hazy, muted copper and tarnished brass, with some deep rusty hay colored hues and a frothy, large white head, lasting and lacing, with tiny bottle conditioned bubbles rising lightly. Aroma of light dupont yeast, flowers, light cookies and light hay. Very easygoing aroma, with light honey and pale grains, the yeast is quite full in the nose, yet it is such a classy yeast that it does not bully the other flavors, light as they may be. Flavor is full of malt and light yeast. Honey, cookies, soft sugary white dough and light flowers and straw. Lightly bitter, not even half as much as the regular saison, however, with a gentle effervescence and some light yellow fruits. The yeast, while quite pervasive, is not as peppery and refreshing, though still quite clean. Perhaps the sweet doughy, cookieish malts and yeast combine for a bit too much on the sweet/creamy/yeasty side, without enough bitter or flavorful hops, but it’s a minor complaint. The texture is creamy with lightly expansive carbonation and no alcohol. HenrikSoegaard (4353), Randers, Denmark

Orange with a little brown and a foamy yellowish head that receded to a thin, lasting cover that formed nice lacing. Opaque from the yeast (my pour) with little flecks at the bottom of the glass. Orange lemon banana sweet malt--sweet and sour, but not a dry aroma. Woody, semi-dry taste with not a lot of grape flavour, but relatively vinous nonetheless. Gentle malt flavour that is accompanied by a subtle bitterness that is not hoppy. Light to medium body with high carbonation. Clean, but a bit sweet in the finish. Deep Golden, Orangey, cloudy. Very sweet smelling, melons and tangerines with yeast. More tangy tasting than sweet, a sweeter middle but a mettalic tinge that’s strong enough to detract from the fruit. Crisp dry finish. Not as good as the non Organic or the Moinette CampbellWilson (533), Scotland

Nice fruity aroma with the funky Dupont yeast character. Refreshing finish, not just as hoppy, mouthfeel slightly thinner. Still bloody good, though.
