Bottle from Beers of Europe. Alongside the non-organic version this wasn’t just quite as good. Nice fruity aroma with the funky Dupont yeast character. Refreshing finish, not just as hoppy, mouthfeel slightly thinner. Still bloody good, though.

Bottled. Hazy orange coloured with a solid white head. Fruity aroma with notes of spices and yeast, but not much aroma at all. Fruity flavour of malts, caramel and hops. Hoppy finish.

Hazy golden coloured, white head. Somewhat grainy and fruity aroma. Pleasant dry flavour, more bitter in the end. Nice example of the style.

Slightly hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of harsh grain, barnyard, some corn and yeast. Organic barnyard. It’s like a nice mixture of all kinds of grains. Bit sharp in palate. Very decent brew.

(Bottle 25 cl) Very hazy, actually you may call this unclear, from all the yeasty sediment. Orangey golden with a lacing, white head. Very citric and dry with a light bitter finish. A nice quencher. 030299

lots of yeast in this golden brew with a huge frothy head. Wheaty, barnyard palate hints of apple and some other acidic fruits. Tasty. I can’t wait to try the saison now.

Bottled
Huge creamy head, hazy orange color, much particles. Big fruity aroma, orange, apples, cider and citrus notes. Fresh, light sourly flavor, notes of citrus peel and apples. Astringent, light bitter finish. Very herbal if it gets warmer.

Bottled 25cl (BB 12/2006)
Hazy orange color with cloudy white head. Aroma has barnyard, yeast, slightly skunked hops, lemon and apple. Barnyardish yeast in the flavor, mildly spicey. Round palate. Not so refreshing or balanced than the "normal" version.
