I enjoyed this beer, but there was little farmhouse character. The finish was quite yeasty and to be honest I probably wouldn’t choose it again. daniele (1738), Italy

Fruity nose at first. Apples, peaches, pineapple. Flavors rather sticky sweet. As it warmed I got the rancid butter, butterscotch aroma. Ok beer. bonfunck (149), Waasmunster, Belgium

Tasted a good year ago with a good brewing friend from Invercargill... forgot to add my thoughts at the time and someone just reminded me of it. About the only European Saison I’ve tasted that ends as dry as every seems to think they should. I liked it a lot. Matilda Bay and Twisted Hop made Saison’s that make this seem sweet. donfardz64 (427), Wellington, New Zealand

Large pillowy white head, diminishing to a thin layer but not disappearing completely. Some lacing. Very nice appearance. Very fruity apple nose, some floral hops and caramel like malt. Flavour is quite bitter, followed by a sour note. In between there is some apple/pear like fruit. Slightly yeasty. A long bitter finish, begging for another sip. This one grew on me, pity I got the last bottle at Rumbles.
