Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick, frothy white head. Nice aroma of hops, yeast and bread. The flavor is dry with hops, fruits and yeast. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. It’s not nearly as good as Vieille Provision, but it’s still a very good saison.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy amber gold with a thick white head. Nose is a warm mouldy bready hop/malt with some sharp grapefruit. Mouth is quite spicy in a way, grassy, floral, but some citrus perhaps, tangy, some dull fustiness, some hop towards the end. Good, drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy deep golden colour with a medium creamish white head. Fair lacing. Sweet yeasty aroma with a nice ripe fruitiness. The flavour has a mild mouldy sourness with ripe fruits, yeast and wheat. Nice wheaty fruity finish.

750ml bottle, hazy honey glod hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty, fruity nose of grapefruit, lemon, and other citrus, with a very exciting floral lavender, rose petals, african violets aromas in a botanical garden spectrum from the organic hops used, and a hint of spiciness follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, bubblegum character, a bready dough note, a nice flowery botanical hop flavour, with some faint citrusy accents, a light spiciness, leading towards a fruity, floral hop lemony dry finish.

Bottled. Hazy golden, no head. Interesting aroma of winegum and peach. Dry with light body and dense, clean malt profile. The lovely aroma has little counterpart in the flavour, which has more metal and vague fruitiness than anythig else. Sharp sweaty finish.

Slighty hazy, yellow body with a large frothy white head. Clumps of lacing down the glass. Pleasant sweet nose of oranges and then yeast. Refreshing taste, light spices, soft malt characters, some wheat and a good length of finish. Not very complex but very easy to drink.
