Nov 14, 2007 Bottle. A hazy to clear yellow color with a nice frothy white head. Dry aroma of raisins, spices and caramel. Tart flavor of citrus and yeast with a finish of spices and herbs. Quite bitter on the palate. A very refreshing beer.

Nov 12, 2007 Bottle: Poured a copper color with hazy floaties, the head is thick creamy white. The aroma is light sweetness and spice. The taste is a sweet caramel malt with a bitter spice bite to it.

Sep 5, 2007 Bottle. Golden with a large white head. Aromas are lots of caramel with yeast, spices and dry lemon. Fresh and floral. Flavours are caramel and lemon with yeast. Dry and spritzy with a bitter finish. Good.

Aug 29, 2007 Bottle, 25cl. Pours like a ordinary pilsner, with a nice white, foamy head, and golden yellow beer. Rich aroma with hops and spices, some sweet notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and gentle. Flavor is gentle, with notes of malt and some sweetness. Finishes a little bitter. Overall a nice beer.
