| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Gold color. Aroma is of citrus and yeast. Taste is of wheat, yeast, and hops. Nice and smooth aftertaste. Not my favorite style of beer though. That kind of explains the low rating. petematte46 (227), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Pours misty gold, highly carbonated white head. Aroma is funky, musty, sour, tart, smokey. Flavor is tangy, wheat, slight cherry tartness. Much more funk that I expected. Very solid Saison. Cirrhosis (623), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Very cloudy dark beige with a hugely massive pillowy white head, floaties every where, the retention of this head is scary, massive bubble creators form on top and stay tell the beer is done, impressive sticky lacing occurs on every sip. Yeast and tons of wheat make up the subtle sweet aroma, overall the sent is buttery but very pleasant. Flavor is very good; yeast, apple, and a surprisingly strong bitter alcohol taste for such a low percent brew. I love the strong bold wheaty taste; I’m surprised I can’t pick out any spices in the flavor. Very good beer highly recommend, this is a beer that lived up to its hype LtDan (527), Los Angeles County, California, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 3, 2009 Appearance: A vibrant amber gold, with cloudy yeast particles highly visable. A top this cloudy golden wonder, sits a fluffy, pillowy layer of suds, subsiding to a half inch.
Aroma: Musty water, fruity yeast, light malt, and a very small whiff of earthy hop.
Taste: Lemon, dry, bread crusty malt. Finishes with a dry crisp, bitter hop finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied mouthfeel, with a nice ’sparkling water’ level of carbonation.
Overall: A really refreshing, flavorful, yet simple beer. Leighton (302), New York, New York, USA

Pretty excitable. Slighty hazy yellow/orange (might be a bit cold) nice big foamy head. Nice yeasty aromas with some light eucalyptus aromas, very green with esters of banana. A great mixture of sweet/savoury in the mouth. Lightly roasted bread with a tiny touch of honey. Pretty darned carbonated, maybe that lets it down a little bit. The finish is a nicely dry and slightly bitter. An interesting little number, just a tiny bit too fizzy. Acknud (792), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA
