Very refreshing, with a citrus dominant taste, notes of spicyness, wheat, rye. Complex but soooo drinkable. Hudspart (374), Hudsonville, Michigan, USA

Aroma is solid cloves and not much else. Flavor is a great combination of bubble gum and cloves, along with some bitter hops for backup. I was very impressed by this saison. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | May 3, 2009 Poured from one of the smaller caged cork bottles into a tulip glass.
Giant hard foamy head. Wait... ....that sounded really gay.
Very hazy golden body. Golden body? I think I can make this beer sound gayer somehow.
Floral aroma... ...yup, less than hetero.
Creamy mouthfeel.... ...seriously, incredible mouthfeel. You cant really even taste the yeast as much as you expect in a saison. you get the spicy and herbal results form the yeast, but no overpowering yeast taste.
Not the most flavorful or unique Saison, but delicious, delicate, and well crafted. just a perfect basic saison. I love it.

Full bodied from the get go. First sip I tasted a spicy sour hop bite? Incredibly smooth with a sharp edge to it. Spicy sour finish. RoJoNo (19), Ohio, USA
