Apr 10, 2009 Orange pour with lots of floaties and a thick, white head. Grassy aroma with some citrus, wheat, bread, yeast. Spicey yeasty taste with floral, fruity and light earthy notes. Finishes lightly bitter, and bready Tasty, good saison.

Apr 9, 2009 Pours a clearish light orange, with a thick, lively head. Some mild citrus in the aroma, augmenting some floral hops, grain and mild bready / yeasty notes. It has the vibrancy and clarity (and the citrus notes) of a tripel, but is far drier - there’s a great hop contingent in here that keeps it refreshingly bitter (did very well to cut the oils in fish). Nice and refreshing, with some mild spice (white pepper) as well. Very nice.

Apr 8, 2009 Pours a coudy yellow with a big frothy white head. Aroma is sour funk, citrus, spice malt, good yeast. I could smell this beer for ages. Flavor is very citrusy with a decent spice kick, a lot of yeastiness and a good bit of sour funk, but overall it’s very well balanced. No one flavor overpowers any of the others. This is a tasty beer.

Apr 4, 2009 750 corked bottle from 2007. When the open, the cork damn near exploded out of the bottle. Pours orange with a huge, foamy white head. Tons of sediment in the bottom of the glass. Aroma is of spice, citrus, yeast, malt, and funk. Taste is of yeast, spice, malt, floral hops, and citrus. Lingering acidic taste, with some slight hop sweetness. Overall, it has many earthy/floral characters. Mouthfeel is light, and still very carbonated after two years. Absolutely delicious.

Apr 1, 2009 Summertime fav! This is the best Saison I have ever come across and a truly delectable brew. The Yeast-y ness is in tune with all my taste buds, and it doesnt fail to quench! delicious
