Has a little spice but not too much. Wouldn’t buy again but would like to taste an older bottle that has aged more. austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland

Nose begins citric and acidic cidery, later some pineapple and yeasty wheat. Flavor herbal and peppery with fresh wheaty maltiness. Finishes long and dry. Raw’ish yeast gets perhaps a little too overpowering when pouring in the sediment, but still the flavor develops a more spritzy citric quality with some berry-like aromas. Mouthfeel almost full bodied and intensely carbonated, making this an extremely refreshing, but still interesting beer. Would love to sample a little further aged bottle. The aroma is grassy with some tart fruit notes. It is yeasty with wheat and citrus notes. Not bad, but I did not care for the finish. mar (1972), Dallas, Texas, USA
