A nice golden pour with a white head. Spicy and yeasty aroma. Highly carbonated. A little too hoppy for me. The wheat taste turns me off but then I don’t like wheat beer in general and this does have some of its characteristics

Jul 4, 2008 750. Honey brown pour and hazy with big fizzy white head. Aroma: citrus, wheat, tropical fruit. Flavor is the same but a little bit more tangy; no alcohol. Light and fizzy on palate. Overall: good and refreshing; a bit overrated, but good none the less (especially for summer).

Pours a cloudy yellow with sediment, fizzy white head. Aroma of citris, similar to lemon. Flavor is of slight citris and white grape, similar to champaign. Mouthfeel is soft and high carbonation. Over all it is a preety good beer!

Jun 29, 2008 bottle thanks to metzlers in denton, tx. pours a hazy yellow/light gold with sediment floating around in it. the head was a white. aroma had good citrus notes. flavor is much the same, picked up a lemon note in there. would like to try again when i have more time to sit and rate it.

Pours light copper with huge egg white head and lots of carbonation, maybe a little too much. Smell and taste are quite strong sour, wheat and bitter. Quite complex and not bad.

Jun 28, 2008 750 ml bottle. One of my first saisons. A nice fruity funky aroma. Some spiciness to the flavor and a nice dryness. I’m a fan.
