Commercial Description:
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

Pours a hazy gold with a long lasting head and decent lacing. Floral, spicy and sweet aroma with apricot, honey, hops, and yeast. Spicy taste, coriander, honey, vanilla and biscuit. Finishes dry and spicy. Substantial carbonation. Nice

Pours a cloudy, yellow-orange, with a lot of tiny particles floating around below a beautiful, soft, frothy white head. The aroma has a lot of yeast to it. Banana, spice, citrus, grass, and a little bready. The flavor is awesome. Flavors similar to the aroma give way to a long, dry, slightly Brett-esque finish. Nice mix of sweet/bitter, and a soft mouthfeel.

~ Purchased this 12.7 oz bottle from Big Z Beverage in Huntington, NY. The pour is cloudy yellow with a huge frothy white head that lingers around for a while. What a fantastic smell! It’s funky, citrusy, and a little spicy. Taste is the same. It’s somewhat complex, but also smooth, very refreshing, and well-balanced. A must try! ~

Pours a beautiful very cloudy straw with a medium head... had some sediment in my glass as well. The smell is amazing: fruits, also a little earthy with buttery malts. Taste is almost the same as the smell... but also complex and dry. I am drinking my first one as I write this and I have to say this may be a perfect blonde beer... the taste stays with you in a very good way. The Belgiums are absolutely amazing with their beer!

Pours with a beautiful, full white head. Very nice golden color. Massive aroma of earth - fruits and biscuity malts. I feel like I have just come home for dinner after a day working the fields in Belgium! The full mouthfeel has layers of the yeast and malts, following through with a little spice and fruit on the finish. It has a very crisp, well integrated taste - but also is very complex. I would pour this while enjoying a cheese plate as we wait for the Thanksgiving turkey to cook!

Pours hazy orange with a foamy white head, Not much retention. Aroma is Sour and yeasty with notes of oranges. Very interesting flavour, slightly sour with lots of spices. A but fruity with a dry bitter finish. That really lingers for a long time. Very nice beer.
