Very carbonated and bubbly with a big white head. Smells like the Belgian farmhouse ale I was promised. Pepper, earth tones, grass, lemon. Taste is a nice bit of grape. Not as much bite in the flavor as I was expecting, but very easy to drink. Lemon/citrus in the taste as well. Very good. potbeercollege (381), Boulder, Colorado, USA

I was too slow. Poured hazy golden color with huge, frothy white head and some lace. Fresh fruity on the nose with quince, pear, vanilla and biscuity notes. The malt profile is easy, biscuity and fruity. Peppery yeast with moderate floral hops. Good balance between the dry spices and the fruity malts in the mouthfeel. Dry, floral finish that lingers for a while. Medium bodied with medium alcohol warmth, soft yeasty texture, high carbonation. Fine Saison. brewski519 (419), Morrisville, North Carolina, USA
