Aug 25, 2007 very light pale yellow. smal white head. aroma is grainy, and sweet corn. Flavour is that sickly sweet corny, vegetable you get from a bad lager. In the finish there is some slight malt, and a decent crsipness to it. pretty dismal overall.

Jul 12, 2007 Quite extraordinary bad pale lager. Heavely unbalanced with loads of sweetish boiled vegetables in both taste and aroma. Add a stinging alcoholic sensation and you have Saku Originaal, probably not the best beer in the world.

Jun 28, 2007 Country-whoring Estonia. 500ml bottle. Stinky sweet corn and ashtray nose. Wet and sticky and a little crisp up front, more dusty and sweaty corn and fuesal alcohol over the middle and into the finish. Blah.

Jun 26, 2007 Draught in Estonia. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is yeasty and dry and the flavour is wheaty, dry, lightly yeasty and watery. Overall a reasonable refreshing beer.

Jun 19, 2007 Draught in Estonia. Not much that differintiates the "Originaal" from the Saku Kuld except that the Kuld is a bit more refreshing because of a slight fruit taste. Go with the Kuld.
